Join us for a screen showing of "Sustainable," a documentary that explores organic farming and its impact on the sustainable food movement. Follow Illinois farmer Marty Travis as he organizes his fellow farmers to source farm-to-table restaurants in Chicago. Celebrity chefs, food critics, and experts examine a strong local food system versus conventional farming.
